I have run design thinking workshops & product design sprints for over 300 people training startup founders, product managers, engineers, designers, marketing directors, and country managers. Running design sprints involves defining sprint goals and deliverables, building the team and assigning roles, selecting and scheduling user interviews, designing the agenda, managing stakeholders, executing the sprint, and handling follow-up. While time intensive, the upfront investment helps team avoid unnecessary setbacks by getting user validation in 2-5 days rather than 2-5 months.
