Sprint Master AcademyLaunched an external global training program teaching Google’s Product Design Sprint methodology to a growing community of over 80 UX/UI Experts. To date, trainees have run over 50 product design sprints across 22 countries impacting over 250 mobile apps and reaching an accumulative 100 million users in the first 6 months.
Software GlobalizationResponsible for evaluating, planning, and executing the localization strategy for fortune 500 companies including Yahoo, Carl Zeiss, Hitachi, and Barnes & Noble. Project sizes ranged from a few thousand words to over one million, translating software, documentation, and marketing material into over 60 languages. Significant process improvements included developing a training program involving 50+ international teams to improve efficiency and project turnaround time.

Design SprintsLeading design sprints and design thinking workshops for hundreds of people around the world. The most prominent product design challenges revolve around onboarding, user retention, in-app engagement, and virality of B2C mobile applications, however, hardware, service-based, entertainment, and enterprise software companies have also participated in these workshops.
Speaking EngagementsHosted, spoke at, or mentored at over a dozen events between 2013 - 2015 on topics ranging from digital marketing to product design.
Women TechmakersWrote the Women Techmakers Brand Guide and launched the @WomenTechmakers twitter channel, creating daily, curated content resulting in 1,000 new followers week over week for the first 3 months. (Feb - Apr 2015)

Google I/O Rapid PrototypingPitched and won a spot at Google I/O 2015 to host an interactive area connecting developers and design experts to teach rapid design and paper prototyping techniques.
International Women's DayLaunched & managed the International Women’s Day 2015 community event series, supporting 115 events worldwide in 40 countries throughout the month of March reaching over 9,000 developers, 70% of which were women. (Mar 2015)
Official Google Blog PostWrote the Official Google Blog post for International Women’s Day 2015 posted by Google executive Pavni Shah. The post received 5,403 site visits within the first 48 hours.
